Yep, that was me. All I remember about that was it was a takeoff on the Tonight Show Johnny Carson character ( the sleazy "don't have credit, we don't care...don't pay your bill, that's when we care" guy). The date probably was 1983 but I wouldn't swear to it. Carl probably would remember more of the details as to what and why we were doing that. I had forgotten all about that -- it was funny! I remember Robin Lane came up to me and said how good she thought I looked and she was dead serious. What a hoot!
