During severe weather coverage Livestar 31 is often the first on
the scene of natural disasters, providing power and communications
to the affected areas. Working closely with Amateur Radio Storm Spotter
Networks and the Channel 31 Doppler Max Storm Team, Livestar 31
brings you closer to the events that make the news.
Livestar 31's live coverage of Hurricane Danny from the Alabama
Gulf Coast in July 1997 is another example of Channel 31's
committment to provide timely information to residents of the
Southeastern United States on potentially dangerous storms.
